Housing Anywhere chose to move from a large, impractical office to a new, more compact wing. More efficient, smarter and perfectly suited to the way the team works today. That calls for a partner who doesn’t just think in terms of square metres, but in terms of square metres with purpose.
Together, we mapped out what the new space really needed. The result: a dynamic office with zones for every type of work. From an open-plan workspace for spontaneous collaboration to enclosed focus areas for deeper concentration. From meeting rooms to 1-on-1 spaces where conversations can take place without distractions.

Sustainability wasn’t the number one priority, but it was a recurring consideration throughout the project. Existing furniture was therefore given a second life, complemented by new pieces where needed. And instead of building permanent walls, we opted for a flexible layout. A smart choice, because if another move ever comes along, the furniture can simply move with them.
From design to completion, we took care of the entire process: new flooring, fresh paintwork, furniture, a bar where you’ll actually enjoy grabbing a coffee, and the move itself. All while keeping Housing Anywhere’s DNA firmly in mind.
Time pressure? Yep. The move had to run smoothly without bringing the organisation to a standstill. By making smart use of existing furniture and flexible layouts, we were able to move quickly without compromising on quality. That meant business could carry on as usual.
And what did it deliver? A more compact office that still offers plenty of space. And above all: a happy client. That’s what we do it for.
